Standard SEO Campaign Overview

SEO conductor specializes in taking on clients who are in need of both a new website design and sustained SEO services. In addition, we offer managed hosting of the website as part of our services. We believe that this business model allows us to provide the best results for our clients.

Site Planning and Consultation

Every site is different, and coming up with requirements that will meet the overall goals for the site is a process that should be carefully considered. Until the full scope of the site is determined, I cannot provide a firm development quote. However, I can provide you with ballpark development estimates that will assist in your decision to proceed with site consulting.

I first work with clients under an hourly consulting agreement, lending my expertise to help work out the overall site requirements. As part of this process I will perform research on relevant search phrases, evaluate comparable industry sites, and sites of direct competitors. This research assists in determining the design and architectural needs of the new site.

Once the requirements are established, I will provide you with a firm quote for site development. At this time, the consulting fees would also be due. The client then has opportunity to review the quote and decide whether or not to proceed with the site development

Site Development

Half of the overall development fees will be due prior to start of work. The other half is due upon completion. When completed. you will have a site designed in a content management system that is ideally configured to attract search traffic.

General SEO contract

Once the new site is ready, the campaign continues with a multi-month SEO contract. My standard contract period for new clients is 4 months in duration and guarantees a minimum of 40hrs of my time invested in your site per month.

Managed Hosting

We offer a managed hosting service that provides a reliable VPS level business account as well as web administration. For some clients, especially in the IT industry, moving the site to another host is not an option. If this is the case, I would want to carefully review the specs of your current hosting account to ensure that there would be no obstacles before signing up for SEO services.

Repeat SEO contracts

Once the standard SEO contract wraps up, some clients wish to invest more in their site. Repeat clients are given multiple options for contract levels since the initial work has been done for the site.

• Maintenance Level - 10 hours per month / 3 month minimum.
• Budget Level - 25 hours per month / 3 month minimum.
• Standard Level - 40 hours per month /3 month minimum.
